The easiest way to get your Maxon replacement and repair parts is through Maxon’s product portal. Read below for clear instructions on getting the parts you need.
1. Search for Parts
Once you open Maxon’s product portal, you can find your item using the menu on the left (A) or search for your item by part number, description, or name (B).
2. Send Your Cart to TER Texas
- Open your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the screen (C).
- Next, click on the email cart button (D) below your items.
- Finally, enter onlinesales@tertexas.com (click on the address to copy it to your clipboard!) in the email field and click the add email icon (E). Then click “Send Mail” (F) to place your order with us.
